The Residential Hard Flooring Division offers a large number of vinyl ranges from the world’s leading manufacturers.
Polystyl bring the very best in colour and design from Europe’s top design studios. The quality and surface finishes will ensure your floor covering keeps its great look for years. There are nine ranges in the Polystyl collection and we offer a mixture of two, three and four metre widths on selected ranges.
The Gerflor-Helleman collections are inspired from natural colours, textures and designs found all around us. These inspirations inspire interior designers to work with these trends worldwide. The Gerflor collection boasts the Ceres 200 collection, the leading two-metre width vinyl for colour and design.
To complement the Ceres range, we offer Metro 300 and the City Art 200 – again linked to the fashion interior designer trends.
We are also proud to be associalted with the leading Belgium vinyl manufacturer, I.V.C., who is one of the largest vinyl producers in Europe and manufactures a vast collection of designs. We have the best designs to offer you from the full collections spread out over the top three ranges in two and three metre widths.
Juteks is a new and emerging vinyl manufacturer in the New Zealand market. They produce a smart collection of vinyls at a very affordable price range.

Residential Carpets
Robert Malcolm Ltd’s. domestic carpet collection is centered around a strong core of woolen ranges. The yarns are sourced and supplied from Summit Wool Spinners Ltd., Oamaru New Zealand . The Mill located in the heart of the crossbred wool growing area of the South Island, an area recognized throughout the world for its quality woolen carpet fiber. Summit’s long term relationship with many selected farm suppliers allowing for a direct source of consistent quality raw wool fiber.
All Robert Malcolm's hardtwist yarns receive Summit’s unique Chemset process during the spinning .This additional treatment is designed to set back into spun woolen yarn the natural crimp associated with raw fleece , giving our cut pile carpets excellent appearance retention habits while keeping soiling & pile tracking to a minimum.
Robert Malcolm’s domestic collection covers most aspects of design and colour from high twist cut piles and dry spun loop twills to textured sisals.
To compliment this growing wool collection we have recently introduced ranges of top end Solution Dyed Nylons to round off a formidable floor covering collection to suit most consumer requirements.

Commercial Division
The commercial products cover a broad spectrum and include synthetic carpets from leading manufacturers with the latest technology. We are able to work with these manufacturers in colour and design so that we can offer a style of products best suited to the New Zealand market.
We stock a large number of carpet tile ranges that are also produced using the highest quality of yarn combined with the best tufting machinery so we are able to supply our customers products with many design and style possibilities.
Our commercial vinyl collection is made up of homogenous and heterogenous products from leading manufacturers in Europe. Gerflor’s products meet the design and specific technology requirements for any project. Gerflor endeavour to provide a specific and appropriate PVC flooring solution for every type of market combined with offering the latest in fashion colours and design.
